MetLife Parking Garage, Whippany, NJ

For the new Metlife headquarters in Whippany, NJ, Dailey Precast manufactured a two-level, 132,000 square-foot precast concrete parking garage with spaces for approximately 400 cars. The garage is connected to the adjacent office building with a glass-covered walkway. The ramping scheme for the garage was able to take advantage of the proposed grading plan while providing the most efficient use of square footage to accommodate the desired number of parking spaces.
