Details

This 186,000 square foot, five story total precast structure provides 500 parking spaces. Spaces throughout the two lower levels are ADA compliant. Spaces throughout all three lower levels offer permit parking with metered parking provided on the two higher levels. The structure was designed to relate to the existing headquarters building with colored concrete, embedded thin brick and textured finishes. In addition, several stainless steel mesh screens featuring die-cut stainless steel artwork were installed as exterior in-fill panels between levels.
