Details

2505 Bruckner Blvd is a state-of-the-art multi-story urban logistics facility. The two-level warehouse with clear heights of 32 feet and 28 feet is flanked by a truck loading court and two total precast parking structures.

Each parking structure is approximately 154,415 square feet with four elevated levels designed to handle car and fleet vehicle parking. The structures also include prewiring for future electric vehicle charging stations and removable spandrels at level 2 for a future expansion to the east.

The exterior precast façade includes two colors of sandblasted precast and also a ribbed form liner finish along the base of the garage. The shape of each structure’s footprint was unique to accommodate the strategic flow of the adjacent warehouse. Precast erecting was completed over a three month period. Teams worked closely with Aurora and other trades on-site to maintain schedule even as plans changed.
