Details

The 215,000 square foot parking structure for Analog Devices features three elevated levels, three bays wide, and accommodates approximately 675 cars. The garage was part of the company’s campus expansion into Wilmington, Massachusetts, north of Boston.

Throughout this project, Dailey Precast worked extensively with general contractor Lee Kennedy to ensure the continuous flow of precast deliveries without disrupting the surrounding community. The precast erecting phase finished during the summer of 2019.

The structure is a free-standing total precast garage that includes a horizontally ribbed form liner finish and a dark charcoal color on the exterior. The structure has a punch-through stair at one end with a feature stair with elevator tower at the opposite end. Tree columns on the feature stair support the roof and stair risers. All these elements are dark charcoal in color to match the exterior of the garage.

This garage incorporates several sustainability features such as vehicle charging stations and a photo-voltaic array structure at the roof level.
