Xmbly Parking Garage is a 1,300 car mixed-use garage in Somerville, MA. The ground level includes a 3,400 square foot retail space facing Foley Street, the parking garage, and area that supports the building’s service areas, including loading, utility space and parking entries. A 15,000 square foot Fire Station for the City of Somerville is present at the grade level that the precast garage was built around.

This project consisted of 1,140 precast pieces. It was erected in about 100 days from November 20, 2022 to April 26, 2023. A unique aspect of this garage is that two of the stair towers are a hybrid type where there is structural steel and precast concrete put together.
