Olive Street Parking Garage, Greenfield, MA

This four-level, approximately 300-space garage incorporates a special piece of local history. Working for Daniel O’Connell’s Sons, Inc., Dailey Precast worked tirelessly with the contractor, local officials, and some very concerned Greenfield residents to protect and display a number of early 1900s concrete reliefs that celebrated the early 20th-century history of this Deerfield Valley city. Many of the reliefs were remounted and can be seen inside the stair tower. One, however, was reproduced at our plant in Vermont and is featured on the front of the new structure.

The structure includes many architectural features including thin brick, colored concrete, and several exposed and sandblasted aggregate finishes.
