Alta Union House Parking Garage, Framingham, MA

This five-level partial wrap garage features a custom handrail that was installed at the Dailey Precast plant prior to shipping. The rail alleviated the fall protection requirements during construction. Additional clearance height at grade level was requested to accommodate moving vans servicing the residential units. Spandrels with varied yellow and brown brick provide visual interest along the streetscape and for nearby residents.
