Exterior red columns with white spandrels and a prominent main stair tower add character to this five-level, approximately 500-space garage. This project took advantage of precast’s ability to be erected quickly, to address the need for convenient parking for Glens Falls Hospital staff, downtown visitors, and residents and visitors to a nearby new mixed-use development.
