Palmer Paving Corp successfully completed a $2.8M Federal-Aid resurfacing project on a 3-mile stretch of Route 32 through Hardwick, New Braintree, Ware, and West Brookfield. This 2025 NAPA Quality in Construction Award-winning project improved ride quality, drainage, and overall roadway safety across the corridor. Work included a 3” mill with intermediate and surface courses on the first two miles, and a 2” mill and surface course on the final mile. Crews also restored shoulder drainage, adjusted drainage structures, and installed new pavement markings and centerline rumble strips to improve safety.
