The area of the structure is approximately 102,600 SF of five (5) elevated decks with a footprint of approximately 120ft x 216ft. Bay spacing is five (5) bays at 48ft and one (1) bay of 24 feet to keep to a 12ft wide DT module. Includes two (2) precast stair towers with precast stair risers and a precast elevator shaft in the northwest stair tower.
