Municipal Parking for Lowell, MA

Mar 12, 2020 | Massachusetts, News, Projects

Dailey Precast is in the erection phase for a large parking structure for the City of Lowell, Massachusetts. Tight site logistics and seasonal weather challenges will make installing the precast panels that much more difficult over the next two months. Prime Steel Erectors has done a fantastic job installing pieces safely and efficiently.

The approximately 900-space garage includes a total of 802 precast panels and is 8 levels tall including the basement. Erection started at the end of January and is expected to be completed by early April.

This parking structure is part of the Hamilton Canal Innovation District, an exciting urban renewal project in Lowell. Dailey Precast is proud to play a part in the redevelopment of the city’s downtown area.
