Deteriorating pavements are a constant and costly problem for municipalities and developers. Full-depth reclamation is the most cost-effective, “green”, and efficient method of rebuilding worn-out roads and parking lots. This process uses an asphalt reclaimer to recycle old asphalt and underlying subbase into a strong, homogenous new base. This new base can be re-shaped and then overlaid with a surface course such as hot-mix asphalt or chip seal to produce a brand-new driving surface that will last for years to come.

The full-depth reclamation process is exponentially less costly than traditional “remove & replace” methods of repair, and can be completed in just days. Since all existing materials are reused in place, trucking costs are eliminated, fuel use is greatly reduced, and no new aggregates need to be imported.

Full-depth reclamation can result in up to 20 years of extended lifespan to the original construction by eliminating pavement distress factors such as alligator, fatigue, thermal, transverse, longitudinal and reflective cracking.
