Our History
The company was formed in 1927 by William E. Dailey. In 1945, William E. Dailey’s two sons, Don and William, Jr. started to work for the company full-time and saw an opportunity to use sand and gravel to break into a new market: ready-made concrete. The William E. Dailey Precast Company is formed and entered into the precast concrete marketplace by producing septic systems, manholes, and vaults in 1986. By 1997, William E. Dailey Precast receives PCI (Precast Concrete Institutes) Plant Certification and enters into the precast-prestressed concrete parking garage marketplace. A few years later in 2004, both William E. Dailey and William E. Dailey Precast businesses joined the Peckham family of companies.

Dailey Precast, LLC, based in Shaftsbury, VT specializes in the design and manufacturing of quality precast/prestressed concrete products. Our projects include parking structures, building exteriors, and sports stadiums throughout Metro New York/New Jersey, Upstate New York and New England. We strive to provide our clients with creative design/build services, with total focus on your project’s success.
